On February 25, at 13:00, a meeting of the Council of Rectors of Universities of Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea was held on the basis of the Kuban State Technological University.

The meeting was attended by the Director of the Kuban Science Foundation V.V. Anisimov, Chairman of the Russian Youth Union P.P. Krasnorutsky, Chairman of the Council of Rectors of the Southern Federal District, President of the Southern Federal University M.A. Borovskaya, Minister of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Krasnodar Territory Vorobyeva E.V., Head of the Department of Investments and Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses V.Yu. Vorobiev, Chairman of the regional organization of the Trade Union Danilenko S.N., rectors and directors of branches of leading universities in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea, heads of scientific organizations.

Director of the Foundation Anisimov V.V. spoke about the support of scientific schools in the region and the formation of interregional, interdisciplinary research teams within the framework of the Year of Science and Technology in the Russian Federation.

The Council members highly appreciated the activities of the Kuban Science Foundation in terms of supporting regional research teams and science of the Kuban as a whole.

As a result of the meeting, a decision was made to consolidate efforts in the field of forming and solving problems of the regional scientific and scientific and technical sphere, integrating scientific teams and business, as well as organizing a common reserve fund to expand the possibilities for holding scientific, scientific, educational and cognitive events in the region.
